At Transibérica Ultracycling we create unsupported ultra distance cycling events.

Transibérica Ultracycling is designed from our deep love to Cycling, Ultracycling, Bikepacking, Self-sufficiency and all values conveyed through Mike Hall and his legacy.

Transibérica Ultracycling  (“us”, “we”, “our”) is a Cycling Club in Bilbao, Spain officially registered under number G95930400 its registered office at C/Rafaela Ybarra, 4A 5izq 48014 Bilbao, Bizkaia, Spain.

These Terms&Conditions are a part of our Privacy Policy and should be read in conjunction with them. We use and store information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Images for media use or any other information of this site can be obtained only by emailing us info@transiberica.cc No other part of this site may be copied, reproduced, published, transmitted or broadcast without the prior permission of Transibérica Ultracycling.

We agree to maintain the privacy, security and accuracy of the Personal Information (as hereinafter defined) which are under our care or control. This Privacy Policy intends to inform you of our privacy practices with respect to our collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information.

DATA COLLECTION

We use your personal data to help us effectively organize our events. That includes some purposes such as marketing communications, media authorization, a better understanding of our riders, etc.

Transibérica Ultracycling will retain personal information for different periods of time. For marketing research purposes we will keep some data indefinitely (for example, your name and event participation history).

The information contained within the form in Registration process may potentially be shared with our sponsors for a limited period of time of one year.

We will only contact you if you are subscribed to our newsletter. If you decide you no longer wish to hear from us you need to send us an email and we´ll delete your information from our database immediately.

DATA COLLECTED

Registration

We collect your name, DOB, nationality, address, email, phone, sponsors and social networks.

Upon registration the Rider agrees and consents the usage of these personal details provided in the Online Registration Form for the following purposes:
. As organizer, we require a record of your details including third party emergency contact details for internal administration purposes in order to properly conduct and to safely administer the event.
. By registering for an event you acknowledge that our events may be televised, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and photographs and/or footage may be taken, all of which may capture your participation in any such event. By entering an event you give us permission to use your name and any photograph, voice or video in any promotional materials or publications.
. Transibérica Ultracycling will use your contact data submitted on the registration form to send you information relating to the event via social networks/email/phone.
. Transibérica Ultracycling may also use your contact data during the event for logistical or security purposes.

Newsletter

We collect your contact details, such as name and the email address.
